By using FreshTone, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

• We provide an exchange policy if there is any defective product.
• Opened lenses cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
• Customers must check parcel contents before opening the seal of the product. 
• The unopened/defective item is to be packed and sent by you to our given address. 
• Kindly Whatsapp with the issue within 12 hrs of delivery.
• No complaint will be entertained after 72 hours of the item being delivered.
